We offer Flat Rate ($6.99) shipping on all of our products within the United States. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the size of your order. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

• Check your shipping confirmation email for mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's get in touch with us with your order number.

We apologize if the product you received is damaged. To expedite the resolution process, please email us at info@bugetto.com within two days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged product, and any additional order details. We will respond promptly with a solution.

Yes, we offer tracking for almost all of our products.

Since our products are on demand, meaning, once an order has been placed, our production facilities will produce your product, and imprint your product with our logo. Thus - returns are NOT accepted, unless they follow a certain criteria. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more information.

Due to the custom nature of our order fulfilment process, the typical Right of Withdrawal, which allows customers to cancel a purchase within a certain period, does not apply to purchases made on BUGETTO. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, as each item is uniquely created on a per-order basis. We kindly ask our customers to review their chosen items, design preferences, and sizes thoroughly before finalizing their orders.
