Custom Made Products & Right of Withdrawal
At BUGETTO, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, latest fashion-inspired apparel, individually printed for each customer’s order. Each piece is custom made and printed just for you. We try to deliver unique products that meet our customers’ expectations and resonate with their love for fashion.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers typically have a Right of Withdrawal, allowing them to cancel a purchase contract within a certain period after the sale. However, it is important to note that there are certain exceptions to this right, specifically in the case of custom-made or personalized items.
For this reason, please be aware that the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to purchases made on BUGETTO due to the custom nature of our order fulfilment. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged as each item is created on a per-order basis, making it uniquely yours. Therefore, we kindly ask all our customers to review their chosen items, design preferences, and sizes thoroughly before finalizing their orders.
This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of quality of our products, ensuring that each product we deliver meets your expectations. Should you have any queries or concerns about our custom orders and the Right of Withdrawal, please don’t hesitate to contact us here. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re always here to assist you.
There is no need to return your item under any circumstance. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Please note, that if you return an item without our request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of order delivery to explain your grievance or reason for wanting to return an item. We will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item, or issue a refund within a reasonable time frame.
- We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or promotion
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items – if accepted under conditions
- We will issue a refund or send a replacement when we check your items have full conditions of refund policies. The time of receiving your replacement item, is the same as the time of shipping new products.
Refunds or exchanges are only available under the following conditions:
- Your item was damaged during transit (must provide photo of damaged package) – claims must be sumitted no later than 72 hours after the delivered time
- The item was misprinted or of poor quality (blurry print, design placement issue, peeling print, etc.)
- You received the wrong item, wrong size and have checked, that you did order the correct size
- Package was lost in transit
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any claims must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.
We will not refund or exchange items under certain circumstances, as all products are made on-demand (once order has been placed, product will be made according to your size and color specifications).
BUGETTO is not responsible for the lost package, caused by special circumstances and reasons (see below). BUGETTO has the right not to to assist in providing after sales service, including, but not limited to the following situations:
- Customer entered an incorrect shipping address, size, or color. If you need a different size, please contact us. Size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion
- Customer submitted claim after the requested time frame (within 5 days), after recieving the product
- The color is not the same as shown on the product page
- Please be aware that currently we do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse
- Product is damaged by customer
- Wrong or insufficient information to deliver package – parcel cannot be delivered due to the wrong or insufficient recipient information provided by the customer
- The logistics caused by political movement, natural disaster, military control, and other major factors, are not within scope of responsibility of BUGETTO
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it’s original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Keep in mind, if in fact a replacement is in place, you must allow the fulfillment time frame of creating another product to send you. *Fulfilment time is between 8 – 15 days.
*Fulfillment time refers to the time before shipment, excluding the shipping time
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
